[Replace] Lab technician for Food

• This recruitment is aimed at replacing a hands-on analyst who performs food analysis tasks in compliance with the Food Sanitation Inspection Agency license.
• This position is a critical role essential for maintaining the company’s license and ensuring stable business operations.
• As a specialized professional meeting the qualification requirements set by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS), the successful candidate will conduct food analysis while strictly adhering to the company’s licensing conditions, operational standards, and relevant laws and regulations.
• As a key practitioner responsible for both the company’s credibility and customer safety, this role delivers accurate and reliable test results.
• The food industry in South Korea is showing continuous growth, and this business segment is a core sector for maintaining stable revenue within the Korean market.

• A mid-high level of testing and analytical capability required for the execution of food, livestock, and research projects.
• Fundamental competency in instrumental analysis using LC, GC, and ICP required for the execution of critical projects.
• Following of qualifications and the acquisition and ongoing maintenance of the company’s license.
• Overall management of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 .
• Ensuring compliance with and effective management of the company’s quality and technical management regulations.
• Management of analytical operations in the environmental, food, and agricultural sectors
• Serving as a hands-on practitioner in testing and analytical activities
• Compliance with testing standards and overall test management
• Maintenance of laboratory facilities and working environments
• Maintenance and management of testing-related instruments and equipment
• Ensuring the validity, accuracy, and precision of test results
• Management of documentation related to testing activities
• Retention, maintenance, and security management of test results
• General execution of laboratory testing and analytical tasks

• Experience in classical chemical techniques applied to food analysis.
• Hands-on experience with advanced instrumental analysis in the food testing field.
• Practical operating experience with LC, GC, and ICP instruments.
• Technical understanding of analytical methodologies used in food testing laboratories.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing and food processing processes.
• Understanding of food analysis workflows, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to apply analytical expertise to ensure data reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Analytical work involving food, livestock, and other materials.
• Operation of major analytical instruments including HPLC and MS, MS/MS systems.
• Operation of GC and GC-MS, MS/MS systems for analytical testing.
• Operation of ICP and other related analytical instrumentation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated presentation skills.
• Basic communication in English will be preferred
